About Chris Vale - Founder 

After more than a decade of launching and selling my SEO business and working in executive roles leading high-performing teams, I realized that my true passion wasn’t just about achieving business results, but helping leaders grow and develop their ability to impact those around them. Throughout my career, what I found most rewarding was developing leaders, guiding them to unlock their potential, and watching them succeed. It became clear that supporting others in their personal and professional growth, and creating a culture of growth was not only what I enjoyed most, but my passion.

Nurturing Leadership LLC was born out of this passion for leadership development. My focus is on helping leaders become the best version of themselves by embracing self-awareness, improving communication, and building the skills needed to create positive change in their teams and organizations. I believe in a values-driven approach, rooted in the principles of love, encouragement, and a commitment to continuous growth. My goal is to cultivate leaders who not only achieve their business objectives but do so with integrity, empathy, and a mindset of empowering those around them.
